Why is there no information about my package on the tracking page of the parcel that corresponds to me?

Your package does not have information or any status on the courier page because it has not yet arrived in Mexico, as soon as it arrives, the corresponding statuses will appear.


My package did not arrive at my address, does it appear in RETURN?

Your package was returned by the courier that corresponds to you, since it reports that they never answered calls or there was no one who received it, it is found as a return in our Hound Express warehouse. You have to wait for your package to arrive at our warehouse, and it can be reissued but it generates an additional cost.Tu paquete fue devuelto por la mensajeria que te corresponde, ya que reporta que nunca contestaron llamadas o no hubo quien lo recibiera, se encuentra como devolucion en nuestro almacen de Hound Express.
